be reissued, so does Grapple Trailbreaker, Hoist, and Inferno! However, as usual, these highly desired toys are only on sale in different trade fairs in Japan, I don't know why Takara has do this, but it is real disappointing for most collectors . |

| Starscream is gonna be the fifth reissued? He is one of the most anticipated character from G1 and there are some rumors to share. A prototype of the remake was seen in Yahoo! Auction recently. It claims to be the authentic coz it has the Takara trade marks on it. The prototype, while it is an unpainted black plastic, does have some die cast metal parts. Seller has noted that the missile launching mechanism has been retained, just as Megatron, but the electronic sound pack in the G2 version is deleted. He also suggest that the recent rumor of reissuing Target Master HotRod is unlikely, judge with your own sense! |  |

it coz you get the blade in extra, and you get all weapons (US and
Jap version)! TF actions haven't stopped, the voting of "Greatest

the G1 again. Expected to see lots of G1 reissue floating around

Today when I look for bubble sheets in those empty cartons I stocked, I found 4 unique South America (Brazil) version of G1 and G2 figures, probably it's a give away when buying Grand Maximus. They are C9.5 MISB condition. However I have no clue of their US version identity and value, if you know the answer, please TELL ME They are filed in TOYMANIA PROJECT now. |

On the other hand, Yamato will release it's third launch, the YF-21 in spring time. Followed is the most anticipated VF-1 series (the original robots from TV). The toys will be in extra high details, while the GBP-1S heavy armor is also in consideration. Check MacrossWorld for details!
Bandai is planning to reissue all of the Saint Seiya series within this year. Right after the Zodiac 12 Golden Cloths, the Sea Warriors (As of Poseidon) will be next. Bronze Cloths and Northern Europe Holy Cloths are in line. No idea about the five mail in exclusives though.

| The TF market has been quite bearish since the "TF 2000 ceased" rumor started a month ago. What Takara announced so far are the reissue schedule only. Latest source from an online store suggest that Megatron will be on the list for the coming year. This time he is back as a fully equipped US specification, which has the silencer and threshold supporter. I hope the new box art will be a cool one! |

I read a rumor from a TF web saying that TF2000 will be ceased soon as Takara can't find a suitable sponsor for the TV series. They think the toy line sales will be greatly affected without the cartoon, sources also say Konami might be interested...

Some
TF recently ask me lots of problems about the TF page. Those
are my private collection, I do own 98% of them as some of them were
sold on ebay, like God Ginrai Jr. I never apply stickers to
them so it keeps in original form, and away from sunlight as
well. The boxes are wrapped in plastic sheets for extra
protection, a common thing everything does in HK due to humid
weather. Currently I have over 200 items at home, piling up
like a small mountain and value is about US$5,000 so far. Take
a look at my storage corner!  |

a couple news from Hyper Hobby this month: 1. God Fire Convoy (GFC) will be on sale in a box set! This time the God Magnus will be made in transparent color. However, rumors said the GFC sword is not included. A collectors' card of GFC holding the sword will be a bonus for the set. Takara really knows how to make money these days. 2. The G1 PVC set will be released on late Dec. It is a set of 6 figures which includes God Ginrai as well. Has clear version as well (see previous news) 3. Next reissue G1 is Ultra Magnus (due Nov.). The next shot is Hot Rod (due Dec.), his feet is made out of metal and body will be resculptured to resemble Rodimus Prime.. |

a) Takara has confirmed the next reissue will be released in November,2000. It should be G1
Ultra Magnus. Third launch is also confirmed, it should be Hot Rod.
b) To celebrate the 15th anniversary of TF, Takara will issue a Super God Sword for God Fire
Convoy. It will be available at the "God Fire Convoy power up campaign" during the period
of 14th September to 30th November in Japan. It looks like the sword hold by Grand Maximus.
c) The Black Version of Fire Convoy has been revealed in October issue of Hyper Japan.
d) Brave Maximus will be released on October 12 in Japan, a toy store operator said each
carton will contain two Maximus, get them while it last! Sells for 9,980 yen, same pricing
as C-311 ten years ago!
e) Clear version of the Autobot vehicles trio will be released in October as special edition.
f) What is Destronger's answer to God Fire Convoy? A white version of Devil Gigatron! This time
he can transform into 10 forms, a new record for TF!
With so much new TF coming up and so much variants, fans should save up their money now!
