In year 2001, Takara starts to re-issue the Japan exclusive robot series Brave Robots.
In this webpage, you will find brief introduction to some of the Brave toys line, may the fever last forever!
Major difference between Brave and Transformers
The first Brave series released in the same year as Transformers : Victory
Basically, Brave robots are all combiner type toys, and the system is very similar to Victory
Saber's system: the second robot form the leg extension, and the add on body armor.
Each of the main character is formed by a small robot (the core) and a large robot (the outer shell).
The main character can snap together with the assisting team member to form a gigantic robot.

	巨大合体 - 勇者巨劍 King Exkizer The first reissue in 2001, King Exkizer is the first Brave Robot of the series - Value : US$65  Rating : A+

The King of Brave Legend is the last of the Brave series, it was a huge success back in Japan due to excellent robot designs and storyboard. Feature here are the two popular robot from the show: King J-der and GaoFighGar.  The GFG (US$90) considered as a Chogokin,  the first issue was a defect, legs and armor falls off easily.  This problem was fixed in the second issue.  The toy itself is highly detailed, very heavy, and has lots of parts to exchange for different post. King J-der is a battle spaceship.  Bandai has issued a toy robot of it, stands 2/3 of Brave Maximus.  Although many people think the modeling was poor and not posable, it looks real cool as it stands really tall. On the left pic it is a resin prepainted model of King J-der (US$40, discontinued).  Basically a garage model this J-der looks super cool and detailed.  Highly recommended for all fans.

	勇者警察 - 超級建設合体 現在正於香港熱賣的勇者系列，各大玩具店都可找到 (HK$360 - 25.3.01) 此玩具由 4 輛建築車合成，可組成三体合体"建設合体" 或 4 合 1 的超建設合体。 總體上這算是不錯的玩具，雖然質素還是 跟 TF Build King 差很遠，但內置聲光也不錯!

太陽勇者 - 旋風火鳥號 HK$499 (絕版) height 25cm A nice robot which can transform into a space craft, has lots of chrome parts.		勇者指令 - 超火炎合体 + 無限炮 HK$ 499 +  $139 (絕版) height 40cm Super Flame combiner is a  combination of 747 jumbo jet + constructions vehicle, overall is super nice and detail, except the annoying over length right arm. Infinite Cannon is a separately sold robot which can projectile stylefoam cannon, super fun and rare piece! This is a super bargain, consider it is as tall as Victory Saber!
